Rapid Assessment and Response in prisons

Goal

• Support of RARs in prisons
• Support of implementation of interventions. This is done among others through input by experts from prisons in other EU Member States and focused on staff training, peer support, substitution maintenance treatment, syringe exchange, and other relevant interventions
• Develop a monitoring module focusing on changes of the drug use (substances used, vulnerable groups), the implementation of interventions, adaptations of plans made on the basis of the original RAR outcomes and recommendations
