Goal of the project
Goal of the Accession-oriented Dutch European Proficiency Training (ADEPT) was to introduce the participants to the European regulation and the Dutch policy concerning the Drug Demand Reduction and Drug Supply Reduction (prevention, treatment, care, police & justice).
A study programme for ca. 100 participants from the 12 EU accession coutnries in 2003.
The training of 3 weeks was given in the Netherlands to decision makers and key-persons within the Ministries of Health, Justice and Interior and NGO's.
