3. Review relevant 3rd pillar EU legislation
- Legislation licensing and control
- Legislation harmonisation with EU legislation
4. Effective drug demand reduction models piloted, evaluated and ready for nation-wide application
- Primary prevention programmes developed and ready for implementation, culture-sensitive, community-based programmes for minorities prepared
- Information materials available for distribution
- Website operational and regularly updated
5. Effective drug supply reduction capacities piloted, evaluated and ready for nation wide implementation
- the Supply Reduction Information and Coordination Centre is prepared
6. Licensing and control of licit activities (narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances, chemical precursors) are strengthened and improved
