About this project:

The Individual Rehabilitation Approach (IRB) is a commonly used method in the Netherlands to help people with severe mental illness, but its effectiveness had yet to be tested either there nor abroad. This randomised controlled trial in Utrecht, Groningen, Eindhoven and Rotterdam studied the effects of rehabilitation by trained IRB professionals in comparison with treatment as usual.
