To accomplish the improvements, the teams or departments completed a number of improvement targets and mastered the system of outcomes management. The Trimbos Institute actively supported them by providing training and advice in outcomes management as well as training materials such as workbooks. The purpose was to convey knowledge about the mechanisms of outcomes management.
