Staffing consequences of small-scale group living arrangements for people with dementia as compared to conventional nursing home care

To assess the staffing implications of various housing variants for people with dementia and the consequences of these for quality of care, residents’ quality of life and staff job satisfaction

Final result:

A dementia housing monitoring system with benchmarking information on staffing levels, quality of care, staff satisfaction and quality of life; descriptions of best practices
