THC monitoring

Objective:
To monitor the strength of cannabis products as sold in Dutch cannabis coffeeshops. Twice a year, samples of marijuana, Netherweed and hashish will be bought in 50 randomly selected cannabis coffeeshops throughout the Netherlands. The samples will be analysed by the Delta Laboratory on characteristics that include concentrations of tetrahydrocannabinol (THC), cannabinol (CBN) and cannabidiol (CBD). Additional information about the samples will also be collected (such as price and indoor/outdoor cultivation).
Final result:
Reports will be published annually. Internal reports will be delivered to the commissioning body (Health Ministry) once a year.
