Drugs information line and alcohol information line

Objective:

To improve knowledge and understanding of alcohol and recreational drugs on the part of the general public and professionals by helping information seekers to assess risks and behave responsibly as regards their own health and that of others. The referral function of the information lines fits well within a stepped care approach.

Final result:

Improved behavioural self-knowledge and self-awareness in the general public and among professionals, based on factual information about alcohol and drugs
