Netherlands National Drug Monitor

The Netherlands has a number of monitoring organisations that track developments in the area of drugs, alcohol and tobacco. Among these, the annual reports of the Netherlands National Drug Monitor (NDM) provide an up-to-date overview of the vast stream of information available on the use of drugs, alcohol and tobacco in the Netherlands. The 2010 Annual Report is the 11th in this series.

The Report contains the most recent data on cannabis, cocaine, opiates, ecstasy and amphetamine, GHB, alcohol and tobacco. The topics covered are usage, problem use, treatment demand, illnesses and deaths, as well as supply and market. In addition, the position of the Netherlands is viewed from an international perspective.
