The 2011 Annual Report of the Trimbos Institute is available online under the title

In 2011 the Trimbos Institute focussed on primary mental health care in a variety of ways. First, by research on the effectiveness of collaborative care. This concept means the GP works directly in collaboration with a mental health professional. This has been shown not only to lead to better care, it also increases the possibilities for transferring care and treatment from secondary level care to primary care.
Other research projects examined the application of e-mental health- easy-access internet therapies.
The above topic will be further explored on the basis of interviews with Trimbos employees and professionals. The Annual Report also gives an overview of the projects and joint ventures undertaken by the Institute in 2011.
