Annual Report 2009: From vulnerable to resilient

resilientThe Trimbos Institute 2009 Annual Report has been published. The title of this year’s report is From vulnerable to resilient.

The report focuses in extra detail on weaker groups in society, because these groups are most vulnerable to mental and physical health problems.
It is the aim of the Trimbos Institute to seek ways to increase their resilience. In the Annual Report, the Trimbos programme heads indicate which vulnerable group each of them wants to focus on in the coming year.

The Annual Report also contains information on:

  • Increasing mental capacity in 2009
  • International recognition for top position in e-mental health
  • Continuing focus on prevention and treatment of depression
  • Alcohol prevention: badly needed for young people and older adults
  • Drugs prevention projects in Kosovo and Macedonia
  • Trimbos high fliers: professors, associate professors, PhDs and awards.

The website also contains the complete literature list, the full annual accounts and direct links to relevant and newly launched sites.

For international readers, the report can be viewed via a special website.
