Awards

The following researchers and projects at the Trimbos Institute have recently been awarded prizes for their work:

  • Senior lecturer Filip Smit received the 2007 CaRe Award from the Netherlands School of Primary Care Research for his PhD thesis Prevention of Depression.
  • The programme The Healthy School and Drugs received the first Dutch E-Learning Award for its innovative use of technology to improve educational achievement.
  • Senior lecturer Wilma Boevink received the Douglas Bennett Award, a prize for individuals or institutions that have made significant contributions to the rehabilitation of people with mental health issues.
  • The Trimbos Institute and the East Brabant Mental Health Service received the HRM Innovatieprijs (Human Resources Management Innovation Prize) for their proposal for a digital self-help course for work-related stress.
